for representing the interests of Association.

Moscow city Year 2016 (year two thousand sixteen)

By this Power of attorney the Association of manufacturers and investors for industrial cooperation development (hereinafter referred to as AMIICD) authorizes and empowers the head of industrial cooperation and investments development department in People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Singapore, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) Mr.LAI-SIAU-PIN to do following:

-​ to represent interests of AMIICD at the all types administrative authorities, public institutions of power and control, organisations, at the different types of enterprises with the right of contracting preliminary agreement in People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Singapore, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;

-​ to conduct the affairs at all commercial organizations, public institutions, industrial enterprises;

-​ to obtain relevant documents, to sign documents, also to perform any other acts, related with fulfilment of this agreement;

-​ to make decisions and perform acts on behalf and by order of AMIICD;

-​ to obtain authorisation documents, related to Association’s activity;

-​ to obtain visas for official journeys;

-​ to ensure the contracts fulfilment control;

-​ to arrange legal consultations and cooperation with notaries, lawyers;

-​ to arrange and contact negotiations.

This Power of Attorney shall be without the right of substitution and valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of its signing.
